PRIVACY
A necessary condition for the commencement of the conciliation between us is the disclosure by you of some of your personal information. When you place an order, we will ask for your full name, the address to which the products will be shipped, your landline (or any other telephone number), your email address, and if you choose to make your payments are made by credit card and its number and expiration date. These data will in no way be disclosed, made public or sold to third parties, unless this is imposed by a Public Authority (court, etc.). Slboutique wants to make your online shopping better. We give you the opportunity to save in your account products that interest you, that you already have or that you just bought through the “basket”. We use information from the products you are looking for, seeing and storing to show you results that may interest you most as well as to alert you to opportunities that may interest you.

The slboutique Website does not know or store the sensitive data of your credit card. All card payments are processed through the Viva Wallet electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 256-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) you should send an e-mail to info@slboutique.gr or inform us by phone at 2231 309326. This feature is offered to you until we inform you about the shipment of your order. Cancellation is not possible after this time.

For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our store, slboutique has the following alternative payment methods:

Cash on delivery the moment you receive the products.

METHOD – TIME – SHIPMENT COST
The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory and especially to the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form with courier service.
Shipments are made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

For shipments within Greece with a total weight of up to 2 kg, shipping costs cost € 3.50. In addition to 2 kilos, each extra kilo is charged extra with 1 €.

If any of the products you ordered is not available, then we will contact you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible to inform you of the possible delivery time or anything else. In this case, you have the option, if you consider that this period is not satisfactory for you, to request cancellation of your order or part of it.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD
The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT (24%). These prices refer to the quantities that are available in our warehouse, while slboutique reserves the right to adjust the prices of any change that affects the customer.

WITHDRAWAL – PRODUCT RETURNS
Customers of slboutique.gr have the right to return the product they received.

Conditions for Change – Product Replacement

1. The product must not have been used

2. The change process must be done within 14 calendar days from the day the customer ordered the product.

3. The product must be sent by the customer together with the purchase receipt and in a suitable package that protects the product.

Reasons for Product Change

The customer can request a change / replacement in the product he received for the following reasons:

1. Change in product size

2. Change in the color of the product

3. Change in product design

4. Replacement – The product received was defective

5. The product received was different from the one ordered (shipping error)

Product Change Process

The customer has the right to request a change in the product he received for the above reasons.

In any of the above 5 cases he must contact the Customer Service department of the company either via email (info@slboutique.gr) or by phone (2231 309326) within 14 calendar days from the day of the order and announce his request for change.

Upon consultation, the customer sends the product he wants to change at his own shipping cost.

As soon as the returns department of the company slboutique.gr receives the product and makes sure that it is in its original condition (as it was sent), it proceeds to send the product chosen by the customer. The changes are made exclusively through ELTA COURIER.

FOR RETURNS TO GREECE: In case of change of product design, change of product size or color, the shipping costs of the change are borne by the customer (the shipping costs of the change are 3.50 euros).

In cases of defect or product error during shipment, the shipping costs of the change are borne by the company slboutique.gr.

The company slboutique.gr is committed to serving customers who request a product change for the above reasons.

MONEY RETURN – WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw the purchase made through the online store of the company slboutique.gr.

In this case he must use his right within 14 calendar days from the day of ordering the product.

Money Back Conditions

1. The product must not have been used

2. The refund process must be completed within 14 calendar days from the day the customer ordered the product.

3. The product must be sent by the customer with his own shipping costs and insured shipping together with the purchase receipt and in a suitable package to protect the product.

Money Back Procedure

The customer must contact the Customer Service department of the company either via email (info@slboutique.gr) or by phone (2231 309326) within 14 calendar days from the day the customer ordered the product and announce his request for a refund money.

After consultation with the company he should send the product at his own expense which he received at:

Upon receipt of the return from the company the product will go through the necessary quality control so that the refund process to the customer is approved.

The company slboutique.gr undertakes to proceed with the refund of the value of the product (not for shipping and cash on delivery costs if any), if it has been approved and after the quality control, within 14 calendar days and to notify the customer via informative email. We will always refund your money to the account you indicate to us. Your right to withdraw from the Agreement applies only to products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them and after you have informed us. Product that has been damaged or is not in the same condition as you received it or that is worn, other than the opening of its packaging, or is soiled, will not be returned. Please exercise reasonable care for as long as the products are in your possession
DIFFERENCE
Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time we will inform you via e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish, under these circumstances, the completion of your order.2. Slboutique liability: The store is not responsible for defects or poor quality of products available to its customers. All products are received from suppliers packaged. In the event that a defective product is found in the delivered quantities, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with our own shipping or refund costs.3. Modification of the terms herein: slboutique reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions.
